PROGRAM MANAGER

This leadership position within the MAV Executive Team is responsible for guiding and overseeing MAV’s creative output, ensuring that the organisation is well positioned to achieve its vision: Arts as Diverse as our People.

This is a highly influential position, both within MAV and the sector, with the potential to transform cultural practice by channelling the capabilities of diverse artists and communities to create equitable systems of cultural production and participation.

EFT: 0.8 (Four days per week)
Remuneration: $85,000 pro rata

DIGITAL MEDIA AND DESIGN

This position within the MAV Marketing and Communications Team is responsible for MAV’s creative design output and digital media presence, ensuring that the organisation is in line with the vision: Arts as Diverse as our People.

EFT: Full Time
Remuneration: $63,000 pro rata

ADMINISTRATOR

This position is responsible for guiding and overseeing MAV’s office administration, ensuring that the organisation is well positioned to achieve its vision: Arts as Diverse as our People.

EFT: 0.6 (Three days per week)
Remuneration: $63,000 pro rata

Membership entitles you to voting rights at the Annual General Meeting with occasional opportunities to assist in determining the policy direction of the organisation through our consultations.
